Orders and Shipping
You will recive your order from 3-14 business days depending on how busy some seasons are.

We don’t collect or store credit cards on our server. All credit card transactions are completed through PayPal credit card gateway and is secure. Your credit card is not stored or kept on file with us. We do store the details of your order like your name, address, email and phone number and what items you have ordered from us.
Yes unless we are running a SAVE THE TAX sale that would be posted on our site from time to time.
Currently we are shipping to Canada only. In the near future we will be shipping to USA and others.
Yes your items will come in one package unless you make seperate orders within days apart.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Items can be returned after 30 days. You will need to pay for the shipping cost and the item must not be opened once we examine it.
Please send it back and we will send you the right item.
Return it within 30 days and we will examine the item/items and if they qualify we will reship the replacement order.
We will email you with the best address to mail the items to us.

You can’t cancel an order because it will possibly be already be sent and in progress for delivery.
